Mr. Narayandas Rathi, Chairman of Cropgate Chemicals has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Agrochemical Industry and leadership roles. Over the past decades, his expertise in the industry has influenced many youngsters and has set him as a role model which helped them creating a path for their success. His successful ideas & strategy engages his team and others personals for providing various ideas, solutions for farmers and also continuously impart knowledge and contribute to the development of the Nation.
Mr. Rathi, has long track records of improving operational business profitability and driving the performance by combining effective financial stewardship with business partnership. Prior to joining Cropgate Chemicals, Mr. Rathi has actively contributed in many Corporate Social Responsibilities. Mr.Rathi is known as an inclusive leader who has a various track record of delivering enterprise values, through strong engagement and well-being for the farmers. Mr.Rathi has also demonstrated reputation of conveying strong execution and profitability enhancement of the organization, while keeping up customer’s requirement and company values.
Having vast experience in various industry, his experience has contributed a various strategic ideas and being an innovative thinker who challenges the status quo by engaging his peers for improvement of the company with the Up-Scaling technology and Automation Models. His career experience across multiple sectors, geographic locations and agro-chemical related functions has enhanced him with broader perspective to his leadership style.
